Our AC went out. They gave us a wide window on day off appointment but the tech showed up around 10am and was able to fix our AC day of. It is the middle of summer so we were thankful. It only took three days for them to come out from when we first called, so not bad! Tech had it all fixed and even cleaned our unit in about 45 minutes!read more

We were assigned Total to repair our central air unit by AHS warranty. Unlucky for us, our unit went out on a Friday right at closing so we had to wait until Monday when they opened. We called Monday first thing and they scheduled us for that Wednesday. We weren’t thrilled to be without ac for another few days but we were happy it wasn’t a week out or more. We got a call later that SAME Monday that they could fit us in in the next hour. YES! Dave called us when he was 10 minutes out and knew exactly what was wrong with the unit when he opened the door. He had the part, replaced it, and even cleaned it out a little. He was great and in and out in about an hour. I was weary after reading reviews but he did a great job!read more

We had our air conditioner go out on us on July 5th. I was able to set an appointment to be seen the next morning. The technician Lance came right at 9 am and was very nice and thorough. He was able to repair my air conditioner and even gave me some tips to help it run better. Lance also works on other appliances and recommended I call their office and speak to Leslie to have her schedule another visit. I am very pleased with everyone I have worked with.
