These folks were fast and great up front and got a technician out within an hour for replacing a heating element in my Samsung dryer — WOW! The part needs to be ordered (no problem) and the person that answered my initial call told me it would cost $105 for the visit and $30+ (rough estimate) for the part. They did not, however, tell me that it would cost an additional $270 to come back out (big problem) and replace the part if they didn’t have it stocked. They want $400+ for replacing a heating element and roughly 2 hours of tech time. That’s just too much. Got a local guy coming this morning instead and he said he’s got the part and will do it all for $140. I’d suggest you don’t work with these folks as they’ll omit critical information that will cost you nearly 3x the original quote for something that should be on them. And of course, I’m still on the hook for the $105 for the visit yesterday too as confirmed by Britany who told me this morning that they don’t keep the parts stocked.
